Sales Analysis gives us the option in the Company Profile to Retrieve misc. charges.

If we turn this ON, when we select the Statistics icon, the Net sales amount includes the Misc Charges.

But when we print Standard Reports such as Customer Quarter Report, the Misc Charges are ignored.
Thus, we can never get the reports to agree to the Stats screen.

Is there any way to "tell" the reports to include the Misc Charges, in instances where we have included this as an option in the Company Profile?

You'll need Crystal Reports to change the reports in SalesAnalysis.

But a better idea is to create an Inquiry and include the numbers you want there. Inquiries can be printed or viewed on the screen. Generally, specific reports in SalesAnalysis are all designed in the Inquiries dialog.
