Hi Lucas,
The OrderEntry Sales Summary file stores the Salesperson name in addition to the Salesperson code, thus if you modify the name associated with a salesperson code, this change will not affect previously posted transactions. Similarly if a salesperson code was deleted, this would not remove that salesperson from the Sales report.
New salesperson codes will work independantly to others. If you create a new salesperson code and name, then use that salesperson on an OE invoice, after Day End is run that new salesperson will appear on the Sales report.
