Hi, we have upgraded our Ledger software here at Acrylon 2 months ago and since then we been having problems with crystal reports.

Crystal reports is been running extremely slow when refreshing any kind of report

Could this be caused by the upgrade to the ledger or something else?

What version did you upgrade from/to? Are you having problems with custom Crystal Reports running against Adagio data, Crystal Reports against another data set or the basic management reports which exist in Ledger (which are Crystal Reports)?

We upgraded the ledger 8.1 to 9.1. this problem is happending with all of our custom reports.

Sorry, there is no Ledger V9.1.

In any event, you say all your customs Crystal reports are affected. Ledger won't have done anything to them.

How do you run the Custom Reports? With PrinTool?
