I recently got a new computer, and now I'm having trouble with the margins when I print cheques. The top and left margins are too big, and the cheque no longer fits on one page.

Nothing else seems to have changed. Reports from Adagio still print as they always have, and documents from Excel and Word print as expected as well.

There are two of us in this office that share a printer and use the same cheque specification to print cheques. The cheques from the other computer have not changed and still print on one page. We need to have the cheques from both computers match.

Thanks for your help.

Hi Erica,

The problem may be caused by your Windows regional settings. If the advanced 'unicode' setting is different than the workstation that created the spec, then margins could be either too big or too small. Most likely, the workstation having the problem has a regional 'unicode' setting of English (Canada) where other workstations that work have the English (US) setting.

That did the trick.

Thanks very much.
