I'm trying to install an upgrade and get an error that qrasp/QRBuild 32.exe could not be opened. Please check that your disk is not full & that you have access to the destination drive. I have full installation rights and have plenty of disk space.

Are you installing on a local PC or to your network?

If network, are you installing from a local workstation (correct) or the server (incorrect).

Is it possible that an overzealous IT person has limited rights in the qrasp folder?

Assuming they do have enough disk space, this sounds like a rights issue. They need enough Windows rights to do the install and to write to their registry. This would normally be Power User or greater.

Thanks for the replies. Even with full user rights to write to registry I am still getting the same error. Any other suggestions?

All is well. It must have been IT changing rights.
