Gridview - What table?

I'm trying to create a Gridview that will show us what to order.
I created a Gridview using I/C Items (1,3) Master that shows Item#, Description, QTY on Hand, QTY on PO, QTY on SO and Optional Amount Field 1 (Minimum QTY). I then used a filter so it will only show items that the QTY on Hand + QTY on PO is < QTY on SO OR QTY on Hand + QTY on PO is < Minimum QTY. The problem is that the QTY on Hand is all warehouses and Item Location is not available in this table so I can't tell it show only Location = WA.
I created another Gridview using Table *IC Item Loc w IC Item. This table however doesn't have a field available for Optional Amount Field 1.
Neither table has a field for Reorder Data Min Level.
We don't really need the elaborate Min Max Reorder QTY and Projection in IC which is why I thought using Optional Amount Field 1 would be better. Our staff can easily enter minimums here from within Item Maintenance. The problem is how to get the results we need while showing quanties ONLY at 1 location.
I should also mention that I tried using IC Reorder report which works well except again it shows QTY on Hand total of all locations.
Please advise.

I was afraid that someone would say I need another program. Maybe I should have purchased Chrystal Reports for Adagio instead of Gridview? I currently use only one Gridview successfully and was hoping to develop some other useful views but running into the problem with fields not being available in the tables that I need each time. Maybe I'll have to try to come up with something with linked views or try the evaluation of Chrystal Reports.
Thanks,

Is there a list anywhere that shows all the fields of all the tables?

I find Gridview is great for people who want to get simple information from the accounting system. They know the data is in the acounting system and just want to find it and see it. A lot of it will be one time things, but you can set up commn Views to be used over and over again. They my want a list of items that are out of stock, list of clients owing money with phone numbers, list of orders that were shipped last month to clients in BC. Most staff members should be able to create these reports.
Crystal Reports is designed for the more computer wise client. With it, you would normally be creating monthly rports, with totals and subtotals, pulling data from many different data files.
