When you say 'I have a dataset', do you mean you have the client's data at your site or that it's at the client site?
The reason I ask is that an Insufficient Access 1013 can have to do with network rights. We've seen it, for example, when access has not been granted to the Softrak\System folder. Users need full access to the Softrak folder. Do you receive the same error with the data on your system?
We've also seen it when file attributes have changed to Read only. You can add the Attributes column to the Details view in Windows Explorer.
It could also be that one or more of the files that were required for a function were locked and unsharable so the function couldn't complete as expected. If the files haven't freed up, rebooting may resolve and unlock the files.
Is the server running Linux? If so, Linux can assugn ownership of tables to the last person to change it and access can then be denied. You'd need to talk with their Linux tech regarding this problem.
