The 'Check Register' is the title of the report specific to the audit trail of the Print/Post Checks and Advices function. Only System Checks are in the Check Register, not manual checks which are in the Manual Check posting journal.
All checks are in the Check Number Audit List report (if the check was printed) and the Check Reconciliation list, regardless of the check source.
Apart from merging both check posting journal reports for ease of use, was there a particular reason for having manual checks appear in the Check Register?
