We are running four branches from our Adagio Order Entry module. These branches are coded as Location 1, 2, 3, and 4. Is there a way to have each individual user coded to their location, so that when they go in to O/E to create an order, put in their user name and password, the system recognizes who they are, and defaults to that location?

You can use Group Security to do this. Each user that would be 'coded' to a separate location, could belong to a different group.

Within each group, you are able to define Order and Customer templates. On the Order template for Location, you would select to Skip Field. As Location is a required field within OE, you would ensure that you selected the location code they are to be using from the dropdown field.
