Morning All,

I have an issue where from one location a client is running Adagio with Countersales, but do not have ledger at that location. When they try to do a transfer of all their data on a USB drive to their other location where they have ledger installed, it always leaves out their sales. So in turn they are unable to create the financial reports. I have poked around at their dataset and nothing sticks out as to why this portion is being left out. I may have missed something, so I am very open to any suggestions as to why!!

Perhaps the general ledger transaction batch is only crated if CounterSales "sees" the general ledger data files?

Try copying the general ledger files (GL*.dat) into the subdirectory used by CounterSales.
