I have a misc. charge with the description "FREIGHT" and I have used the code MC1 to print the description on the invoice.
The problem is that in addition to the description an additional line prints with affiliated tax codes.
How do I print just the description and not the tax codes on an invoice.

Are you printing the misc charges in the body or footer of the invoice? (It's an option on the Misc Chg Dialog.)

For every printed item on the invoice, there will be s secification code on the form.

I am trying to print the misc charge description only in the body section of the invoice without the additional tax description.

Email me a copy of the spec. If you are getting tax line descriptions then there must be fields requesting that information be printed on the specification form you are using.
