We are currently running TBR (Time, Billing and Receivables) V6.6A with WSM 6.5A and Lanpak NT version 6.0A. Our time batches are posted weekly with no noticable errors to date. This week the batch was posted (2072 transactions) as usual. However the billable client information does not show up in any of the client files. The non-billable time appears to be OK. The staff profiles have updated correctly, both billable and non-billable statistics. If I try to export time and disbursement data, the time just posted is not there. Any ideas why this may be happening and how I can fix it (yeah, I know restore the last backup)?

Hello Theresa,

Yes, you are right. Restoring a good backup is probably your best hope for repairing this type of error.

My guess is that either the posting was interrupted or that the posted Time and Disbursements files are damaged.

Has a data integrity check been done on the data since the posting? Did you get posting journals?
Was the data integrity check clean prior to posting?
