We are currently running TBR (Time, Billing and Receivables) V6.6A with WSM 6.5A and Lanpak NT version 6.0A. Our time batches are posted weekly with no noticable errors to date. This week the batch was posted (2072 transactions) as usual. However the billable client information does not show up in any of the client files. The non-billable time appears to be OK. The staff profiles have updated correctly, both billable and non-billable statistics. If I try to export time and disbursement data, the time just posted is not there. Any ideas why this may be happening and how I can fix it (yeah, I know restore the last backup)?
