I have a client who has installed QH (among other Q*s) and is no longer using it. They don't want to upgrade it, but are concerned about Y2K issues if they don't. Is there a way to uninstall QH, short of reinstalling the Accpac modules?

When Quik History is installed, it modifies program files for AR, AP, GL etc so that the QH database is updated when posting is done. You are correct that to remove QH completely, the reinstallation of ACCPAC is required. You would also have to remove the QHASP directory.

I really don't believe that having QH installed and not in use would adversely affect your Y2K procedures, but should you want to have it removed, you would have to reinstall Accpac.
