A client uses this feature regularly.

There is one item for which they always have to override the item description when they enter the item on a sales order.

When the item gets pulled into a PO, the PO grabs the default item description instead of sales order's (overridden) item description.

Is there a way to tell the system to use the item description per the sales order?

Just in case you don't know:

If you use the "Import OE Lines" the item description changes are retained.

Yes I suggested that to the client. But they use “min/max” levels so that won’t work.
