We are having an occasional problem when entering a new invoice into an open batch.As soon as we enter the customer number for the invoice instead of it appearing next in line under the previously entered invoices in that batch it will take the the place of an invoice already there and the invoice it replaced is now gone, no where to be found. It seems to be happening to only one workstation about once a week. Then yesterday when the invoices in an open batch were printed about half of them did not have the info that was entered in the text part of the invoice. Everything entered in the text part of the invoice was gone. I have run data integrity checks and everything comes up fine.

Hi, Peggy,

IN9.2A hasn't changed in very close to a year now and it sounds like this is a relatively new issue for you.

is it possible for you to swap out the w/s that is experiencing the issue with another one? You can also try to compare what is different about this particular w/s that another w/s that is running IN but is not experiencing the problem.

Getting your IT person and/or Adagio consultant involved would probably simplify this process for you.

I will try a different workstation. What I did notice today the "document count" in some of the open batches were off. I ran an integrity check, said it found 15 application errors. Example there are 4 invoices in the batch but document count is 3. Rebuilt it, said it fixed the errors. Ran integrity again, but 3 of the same open batches still showed document count errors, rebuilt it again. This time it fixed them all. Let me know if you can think of anything else. Just started happening about a month ago.
