IN9.2A hasn't changed in very close to a year now and it sounds like this is a relatively new issue for you.
is it possible for you to swap out the w/s that is experiencing the issue with another one? You can also try to compare what is different about this particular w/s that another w/s that is running IN but is not experiencing the problem.
Getting your IT person and/or Adagio consultant involved would probably simplify this process for you.
