2 of my general ledger accounts are out of balance because Adagio automatically did a reversing entry. Description at bottom of my ledger account say 2017-/P4 Details missing
Data Integrity Check says Acct 2140-100, out of balance is 13,232.74 calculated is 7,118.74
How is this fixed?

You will need to either have your Adagio consultant fix with Gridview Read/Write, or get Softrak to fix for a fee. Actually both options will cost you money, in the $750 range. Most Adagio consultants have these Read/Write tools to deal with these types of issues.

It should be is resolvable but not something that end users can usually correct on their own.

Alternatively, you could backup your GL data and attempt to unpost the batch that created the error, or roll back your data if the above price seems to be a constraint. You could test the unpost on a copy of the data in another data folder directory to see if it will work. Alternatively, rolling back GL data brings in a whole set of additional issues if you have a lot of batch posting since the error was detected, and so is not an option unless you are quite experienced with Adagio processing and data files.

If in doubt about any of these options, call your Adagio consultant for direction.
