Hi, Ishana,
Have already responded to your email but need to respond here as well.
Haven't seen that error in some time. Please do the following:
- Running Softrak\System\ChkSys.exe on a problem w/s should tell you what part(s) of the Crystal/ODBC components is having a problem.
- Ensure a w/s having the issue can run a File | User Preferences, Listing report. Being able to tells us that the Crystal component of the install is okay, but that Crystal isn't able to make a connection to the AdagioODBC.
- Check that the msvcr110.dll and msvcp110.dll's are in the w/s's (that are having the problem) Windows\SysWOW64 folder (all of their w/s's are 64-bit).
- As they recently moved to a new server, I suspect there was some copying going on rather than just installing. Please also check that the Softrak\System\System.ini doesn't contains only valid drive and UNC references for the new server.
