iS THERE A WAY TO IMPORT NEW ITEMS/PRICES TO AN ALTERNATE PRICE LIST. HISTORICALLY WE HAVE BEEN DOING THIS MANUALLY.. We are a catalog company and need to add to about 20 price lists.

Check out File | Import | Alternative Price List Items. There is extensive help on formatting the import file and also import examples in the Sample Data (x:\Softrak\Inventory\Samdata).

You can import from either an Excel spreadsheet or CSV file.

Imports are always "fiddly". Sometimes enlisting the help of your Adagio consultant is a good investment for getting this all set up and working properly.

Because Adagio manages import and exports using Templates, you can usually configure the process to map to the file you are working with. Once you have the process running smoothly, you can automate it using "On Start-up do..."
