Hi All, My client is having an issue with importing from Easy Pay to GL.
This only happens using Windows 8.1, the Win 7 machines are fine.
Any idea what in Win 8.1 would cause it and what I can do about it?
The error is: Invalid Data on Record Type.

If I take the "E" off and use a default for that data, then it will import, but I don't have to do that in Win 7.

Ideas?

Thanks!

Hi Laura,
Not sure what is causing this but the Win8 box may be using a different version of Office and so that means you may be importing with different versions of XLS(X), even as CSV files.

I wouldn't chase the "why this is happening" as we have found a lot of inconsistency with Imports in Adagio between modules and versions of XLS. Rather, change the import template to use the default for both Win7 and Win8 boxes.
