Hi,

I am getting the following error when I try to print something from Payables and Receivables for one of our businesses.

Error converting datapath to UNC, Error Code 1217

I then get the following:

Unknown Database Connector Error
Error in file CRCPOST

I can print from Ledger and Invoices. The other business prints fine in all modules.

Most likely this will be fixed by launching the file called CRRuntime_32bit_13_0_9.msi in the \Softrak\System\CR_InstallCommon folder and following the prompts. This should have installed automatically but sometimes for reasons unknown it doesn't.

Tried reinstalling the CRRuntime and no luck. Still unable to print from Receivables and Payables for the one business. Everything else is fine.

Try using UNC's in all places on your module shortcut (i.e. target, datapath, etc.).

i don't have access to that post.

Okay, I'll paste it here:

"We had to use UNC for shortcut, target and data path to make it work. Just doing the shortcut resulted in the same error.

We also found that UNC just for the data path and mapped drive for the shortcut removed the printing error. Go figure."

If you're uncomfortable using UNC's at all, I'd recommend involving your Adagio consultant.
