Hi John,
Style codes are assigned to items and are used when printing forms. The form must contain a Detail section assigned to each style code you use for your items, including Inventory items if that is integrated.
The error means that you have an item with a particular style code, and a detail section pertaining to that style code does not exist. The result is that those items will be skipped when printing.
The solution depends on the problem. Does the item(s) contain an unexpected style code value that was not meant to be defined on a specification? If so, then you will first need to ensure that your items have the correct style codes assigned. Then you will have to delete and re-insert the incorrect items, as changes made to the item masters will not affect items already on invoices. If you have a large volume, you may be able to archive the batch(es), run the Update Archive Batches process for items (de-select the amount fields), and then restore it back to an open batch.
If the problem is that the style codes are defined correctly and assigned to the appropriate items, the solution is to edit your specification and create a new detail section for each missing style code. It may be as simple as copying an existing section and all objects within, and pasting to create a new section from that.
If either or both solution appears daunting, then you should contact your Adagio consultant for assistance.
