Unfortunately, we have another missing vendor total record error in PO that Data Integrity Check is not able to fix. I need to delete RC11577. There were no entries from this receipt sent to IC or A/P Clearing so I have already created a new replacement negative receipt.

Also, ADJ10998 is missing. The RC says “post full“, however, there were no entries sent to AP or Ledger. I have recreated the AP and Ledger entries.

Receipt RC -00011577 line count has been updated to 0.
Payables Vendor AU7750 on PO updated to 50.85
Orphan detail lines for Adjustment ADJ-00010998 have been removed.
Orphan vendor total for Adjustment ADJ-00010998 have been removed.

Fixed 4 of 5 application integrity errors.
Finished rebuilding integrity errors.
Please repeat Data Integrity Check.

Hi, Susan,

I'd like you to do two things so we can look into this for you:

1) Upload the pre-DC and rebuild PO-related data to our database repair site www.softrak.com/dbr

2) From a current module, select Help | System Status, Proceed and, in the upper left corner of the new window, select to create an Adagio System Snapshot. This can be emailed to us as support@softrak.com

Hi Susan,
Assuming that you have PO 8.1D (140310) installed.

Once you fixed the errors above the program will now see that the RC is an orphan and correct it on the next DIC pass.

If you run the integrity check again it should get the following errors:

Company Profile ... Checked OK
Receipt RC -00010969 is missing all vendor total records.
Orphan header Receipt RC -00010969 found.
Documents ... 2 error(s) found
Event Budgets ... Checked OK

These 2 errors are actual the same but reported by 2 different checks.
When you do a repair on this it will say that it repaired 1 of 2 but another check will show that the data is now repaired.

We are running 8.1D (140310).

I have run DIC multiple times. There is still one error that can't be rebuilt:

Okay.. so that actually does resolve the error. Why doesn't DataCare fix it?
