I am in the GL, have just printed a batch, and when I try to post I get an error message that says batches must be printed before posting.

I have printed the batch twice and printed to file once, but the message still persists.

Help!

Check the listing and make sure that the batch doesn't contain any errors (posting to a closed period or a non-existent GL account for example).

Also, you need to print using the "Print" button. The "Preview" button isn't considered printing the batch, even though you may actually send it to a file or the printer from the preview window.
