Last yr. My computer crashed, got a new one. Had our support people install over the phone/computer to install Adagio Payables. Since then we have had 2 upgrades for payables, however i am unable to do so on my computer. I could on my old computer. But not anymore. Is there something behind the scenes that i need to do to fix the problem? smile

Hello:
The technology for installation hasn't changed. What is preventing you from installing the upgrades? Is there an error message?

It says " APSPP20130131.EXE could not be downloaded". At one point I got to the point where i had to put in the password, it still would not let me download

Hi jhenry

You can try but a problem downloading a file from the internet is not an Adagio issue.

Why don't you try downloading it from a different computer, and then saving it to a flash drive and walking it over to the new computer.

Still having an issue with installing the 8.1e service pack. Tried on a couple of computers, no dice. IS there something behind the scene that I can do? Anybody else having issues with an .exe file? mad

Have you tried downloading another EXE file? perhaps the anti-virus on your new computer is set to disallow this activity.

Is the problem in getting the EXE downloaded, or running it once it has been downloaded?
