This morning when I tried to open both Inventory &/or Sales Analysis - I received this error "Internal Error: (2018) field number invalid.
I freaked out at first but no one else got the same error on their PC, when I re-booted, it went away.

Just curious if anyone else has had this happen or if it is known why it would've come up?

Probably just a one-off type of situation relating to your computer only. You might want to be alert for this or other errors occurring down the road but it seems that restarting your computer refreshed and cleared up whatever the problem was at the time.
