When running day end in order entry module, we constantly get "error 1342 ocurred when attempting to write record to tax groups". This error has ocurred daily since installing adagio(July 2011) and is very time consuming as it pops up for each invoice. I have researched it under the help menu and on this forum but havent found any possible reason and or solution. Thanks for any advice you have to offer.

Does everything pass the Data Integrity check?

Otherwise there's a problem with the install.

And the date after the version? See Help | About.

If you run Help | System Status does it complain about anything? Server Version?

The order entry module is Version 8.1D (110316)

I ran the system status and found we need to upgrade quite a few things...

The only error/problem it had was in payables, "not setup for checking report tables, missing [J:\softrak\system\qrasp\PO\QRTIR65A.qrw]"

Yes, that's not the current version of OrderEntry, or indeed even the current Service Pack level of OrderEntry V8.1D.

Download and install the Service Pack for OrderEntry V8.1D and see if that resolves the problem.
