This is a client of mine. Of course, my first solution was to modify the report with Crystal. It did not work. It was a number of months ago so I cannot recall the details -- but I sent the data to Leigh and she confirmed and reported the issue to Softrak. She confirmed that it was a bug.
The solution - no, the work around, was to print Preview, sent to Excel and the cents appear.
Joan - we should plan to get together and do your updates anyway, either you or Tammy contact me and we can schedule. I know it's crazy busy season for you right now, but it should not be too time consuming to install the updates and see if it makes a difference in the bank rec.
Hopefully the 8.1D will fix it - because it is a real inconvenience, needless to say.
