Dear Forum,

I am doing a report in Grid View linking to I/C Transaction History to capture my COGS based on sales done through the Counter Sales Module.

Problem I am having is to set the filter on the Trx Type and Trx Source for "Shipment" which came from that source and not a direct entry made in the Inventory Module.

If there is better way to distill the information from this file, I would be eternally grateful for the help.

So to clarify your question, are you wanting to create a filter on a GridView inquiry of the IC Transaction History to list just those shipments that came from CounterSales, and not other shipments such as from OE or IC?

If so, then try using the 'App' field as part of the filter. This differentiates between OE and IC shipments, and I would expect that CounterSales would use this field as well. To see what value to use for your filter, add the 'App' field as a column to your GridView view. When you get the information you need, try out the filter with the 'App' column to ensure the correct transactions are selected. And finally when you are satisfied, you can Hide or Delete the 'App' column.
