Are you aware of anything that has changed recently, such as upgrading workstations or the network, or anything else? Likely, the displayed error message is in fact the reason, that Windows/Network rights have changed so that the user of Computer B cannot see a required file, or a folder that contains the required file, or so forth.
Perhaps try running the \softrak\system\chksys.exe utility from workstation B, which checks the workstation setup settings and any missing or outdated files. After the initial run, click the button to check the read/write status accessibility of this workstation. It may point you to a particular location that this workstation cannot access.
This might be the type of issue that is best discussed with your Adagio consultant, as they can see and access your network and workstation.
