You need to be patient. At the point it appears to stop it is unpacking a very large EXE file. This can take several minutes.

Are you sure that the download is good? I'd download the Service Pack again. Others have not been having the same experience as you describe.

I downloaded again...and it gave me the disk full error...whcih is not true...

can we do a remotes session, monday or tuesday ?

Sounds like a rights issue.

Are you installing as Administrator or as a user with "Super User" privileges? When did you get the "disk full" error? During the download? After the Unpack? During the install?

I'm in Regina on Tuesday and Winnipeg on Wednesday (and I hope that readers in those areas will come out and say "hello"). Monday is a travel day. Your Adagio consultant should be able to figure out what's causing the problem for you.
