When printing a trial balance from the Ledgers I am getting the following error: Error:120 Lookup item not found :: Formulas.Name :=ShowAcctDesc.

This occurred after I installed Hotfix (2009.10.23). It still occurs after installing Hotfix (2009.11.10).

Is this a known issue?
It can be fixed by uninstalling Ledger, reinstalling Ledger, installing Service Pack (0713), installing the (2009.10.23) Hotfix.
Is there a better way of solving this issue?

Hi Lyndon

It sounds to me like the trial balance report didn't get updated by the hotfix, probably because of a date issue. Date issues arise when the software is installed at the server itself instead of from a workstation logged onto the server. They don't appear until the next version gets installed.

Your best bet is to do just what you did. Softrak may have a better workaround, but your method definitely works and is not too terrible.
