I worked in the Ledger most of this afternoon and all 2009 data was there. After I exited the program another staff member went into the GL and the only thing there was the balances and no data. I did an integrity check and it gave the following error "Posted transaction file corrupt". This is the 2nd time this happens in the Ledger. I've restored both times from a previous backup but would like to know what is causing this to happen.

Also, I upgraded to the latest versions of OE and Receivables 9.0 at dinnertime. There were posted orders in OE from the morning. None of these orders now have any details or history but they came over to the customers account in receivables. None of the items came out of inventory. Any thoughts as to what happened.

Most likely you have Opportunistic Locking enabled. Run x:\softrak\system\chksys.exe. If it detects this select the option to turn it off and reboot.

I've run chksys.exe and it does not say anything about Opportunistic Locking. I've copied the message

Hi,

ChkSys should really be run on any workstation that uses Adagio.

It may be that you are experiencing intermittent network problems as this isn't the first time you've experienced problems like this.

I'd suggest you contact your Adagio consultant and network tech to help troubleshoot these kinds of problems locally.

On the server, you should also run \softrak\system\SetServerForAdagio.exe.

Set the parameters it recommends, then restart the server.
