Hi Kim,
In Adagio Payables, either Period End or Year End will clear transactions from history older than a certain date, but only if you select the option to do so. This does not selectively purge history for certain vendors, but for all vendors.
The next time you run Period End, first set the number of days you want to keep history in the company profile. Then select the 'delete history' checkbox when running period end.
If the history doesn't clear, then there is a problem with the data. But that would not be a typical scenario and things should work just fine.
