Your manual states that you can customize the ADS.INI to eliminate the option of remembering the username and password by adding the lines:
[Options]
RememberUser=0
RememberPassword=0

It would appear that there is no ads.ini file if the client is not in a network environment using a lanpac. Changing the ledger.ini file does not seem to work to eliminate the remembered username and password.

Am I correct?

The legder.ini would not do anything as you have noted. Only the ads.ini file; if it doesn't exist, then use Notepad to create it in the \softrak\system directory.
