We did the A/R upgrade a couple of days ago with no problems, but now when I attempt to open Toolkit for Adagio (to do a customer number change) I get the following message:
Unsupported data was detected (AR). No action will be taken on this data. Use the 'Active Data' function for further details.

I hope the fix for this is quick and easy, as I've got a bunch of changes to do in Toolkit for month end.

Hi Jean,

Do you have the latest version of the Toolkit that supports Receivables 90A? According to Dakota Software's website, support for AR90A was announced on April 8th, 2009. I imagine that if you have an older version of the Toolkit, you would get a message such as this.

Well, we only started using Toolkit in March...but we didn't receive any upgrade notice for it. We're using version 8.2.6.56 -- is this the latest version?

Hi Jean,

According to Dakota's compatibility chart for the Toolkit, you need version 81B and SP1. If you don't have SP1 or SP2, it won't be compatible.

As for getting an upgrade notice, I suppose you would need to talk with your Adagio consultant or directly to Dakota Software for that. Softrak does not handle this.
