I have a client with the following problem.

Client using Adagio A/P (latest 8.1A version and Accpac Jobcost 6.1A)
When entering a cash entry in a manual cheque batch - on the detail line screen they have the option to choose Purchase or Job Cost - After selecting Job Cost they enter the Job Number. Adagio allows them to enter an invalid Job Number whereas Accpac did not allow this. This leads to problems when the Jobs and G/L are updated.
I have checked in Company Profile to see if there are any options to verify the Job Number but I didn't see anything that would help.
Does anyone have any suggestions?
