Can you tell me what would have happened to make the program not say "printing in progress" and "confirm print" after printing an invoice? We get these messages when we print a credit note and a picking slip and we did get this message earlier on when printing an invoice but no more. Any suggestion?

When you print Invoices,what is your Specification Option?

The confirmation message only appears if the Specification Options is set to ‘Use selected specification’.

Where are you finding the "Use selected specification"?

When you print any form, the 'Specification option' allows you to choose the source for the specification that will be printed. 'Use selected specification' is one of the choices.
