I made up a gridview using the I/R Comp (Lines, Add. lines, Header) table. I used the fields, Item #, detDescription, Qty Received, Rcpt #, Rcpt Date, Picking Seq. The results give us a list of everything received for a particular date range (I used a query date with a start and end date period. The problem is that many of the results are duplicated in the GridView. For example if a qty 75 was received of an item on Oct 6 it will show the item and qty in the view. However, when that same item was invoiced from Purchase Orders to AP on Oct 20 (you can see it in Inventory as a Receipt Adjustment with 0 QTY because it is ONLY an invoice at this point, not another receipt) it shows up on the GridView as a duplicate qty received 75 again on Oct 6.

Please let me know if there is a way to correct this duplicaiton problem.

I think your best bet would be to filter out all the documents other than receipts.

To do this, add the following to your filter:
