I currently retrieve billings (type 1) into job costing and along with the billing I receive other charges (type 8) and payment (type 2)in the batch. I manual delete the payment & other charges lines before posting the billings batch to the jobs. Is there any way of shutting this off in invoicing or job costing so the transaction are not included in my batch as I do not use this information.

Are the other charges taxes?

Adagio Receivables V9.0 will have an option to not send these charges to Adagio JobCost.
