We have just begun our new fiscal year, and have not yet closed last year off (I love the new ledger, by the way, fabulous product, very helpful.)

I would like to change a few numbers in my 2009 ledger, will I also need to change 2008 (not yet closed...)

I am unclear on this concept.

We are using the KOM number changer, which I have used before, but at that time we had to change each year separately.

The number changer is a 3rd party product. As such, you should ask AIM Services if the the version of the product you are using will do this for you.

Of further note, using an account number changer that is compatible with Ledger 9.0 would change the account for all years of data currently stored in Ledger 9.0.

If, however, your goal is to change the number/code for the current year only in Ledger 9.0, you should create a new account.

Again, I'm not certain of the version, etc. of Account Number Changer you are using and you should verify with AIM Services that it is compatible with Ledger 9.0.

I sent an email off to AIM Services the same day you suggested I do so. Have not heard from them yet...

You would be much better off switching to Dakota Software's product that does the same thing. They are much more responsive and their product is much more compatible with Adagio.
