April 30 was my year end. I need to run a detailed A/P listing to support my G/L. How do I run this report so that any invoices or payments from May do not show?

Hi Cindi,

The Open Payables report is a 'Calculate as of' report that will exclude transactions after the report date. The other Transaction reports are 'Age as of' reports, meaning they will print all transactions even after the report date.

Try the Open Payables and set the report date to April 30, and see if that meets your needs.
