We've tested the retrieve of existing POA batches immediately after data conversion and the retrieve worked without errors -- whether we chose to retrieve right away, or to say 'no' to the prompt and retrieve after GL9.0A was fully open.
The problem you're experiencing may be something that is data specific.
Would you be able to look in your data folder for the following files, 'zip' them up and email them to us at support@softrak.com? The files I'm referring to are:
IRBRSCGL.xxx
IRBRSCAL.xxx
IRGLBTCH.xxx
IRALBTCH.xxx
(where 'xxx' refers to the 3-character data extension that is used for your dataset).
Please let us know in your covering email if you were unable to locate any of these files.
