Good day,

Just upgraded to Ledger 9.0. When we try to retrieve batches from Purple 8.0 we get an "Invalid Pointer Operation" error. The Retrieve Subledger Batches box then stays open with the mouse pointer staying as an hourglass. The Retrieve Subledger Batches box can be closed by clicking the "close" button (X) at the top right of the window. Attempting to retrieve again creates duplicate batches. (from what our accountant says, the ones that are created are not right). An integrity check came up with over 200 errors.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
