Two clients (to-date) have pointed out that the IC's Item's Val report truncates the Item description on the report. I've indicated that this is probably the case to accommodate the four columns of data.

Not sure if anyone has indicated this previously, but any plans to update this report, perhaps print the Item Descp on the second line as with the Price List report???

All the reports are quite tight for space. You can make small adjustments to the field sizes of a standard report using Crystal Reports for Adagio. By copying the revised report layout into the \xxWIN\ModRP subdirectory, your modified report will be used in place of the regular report.

Moving an element onto a second line effectively doubles the number of pages a report consumes. This is a more regular complaint (too much paper).

Does your client use all four of the valuations printed on the report?

If one or more are not needed, you could try editing the report as per Andrew's instructions. Delete the uneeded column and expand the description column to use the extra space.

The only other possibilities are to redesign the report to print in landscape (and use more paper) or to reduce the font size, which is pretty small already.

(You might gain some space by chaging the font using Crystal Reports to Arial Narrow. That takes up about 20 percent less horizontal space and is still hihgly readable.)
