At the current time, the Print to File destination for reports is not remembered but always defaults to the data directory.
For printing reports or specifications like AP checks, you can use the File/Options screen to assign a default printer for each document type. In AP, you can assign checks to print to a location defined by any specific Windows printer driver on the workstation. And because these settings are saved by workstation, each station can have individual settings.
The key here is that anything pertinent to the printing (eg. the tray location) needs to be defined on the Windows printer driver. Anything you change via the Setup screen when printing documents is not saved.
