I believe the problem is simply changing your specification on your Purchase Order form to pick the proper unit of measure. Your choices are either Pricing Units, Costing Units, or Stocking Units. We believe your issue was identified several years ago and corrected several years ago. Sorry that you were not aware that the changes had been made.
Our records show that your are on our Purplesoft software maintenance, so if your software release is not current, please contact your consultant and download the most current version, and revise the specifications accordingly.
