I have several cash batches that appear to have unprinted posting journals. The status on the batches is Posted, and there are no posting journals found to print. I'm being blocked from changing customer accounts while there are uncleared posting journals, so need to find a way to clear them. I've run an integrity check, with no errors.

Next time you post a batch do not print and purge the posting journal through the automated print posting journal process.

Go to the 'Post' menu and print the entire range of posting journals (based upon the number range the program presents) and then purge them.

This should resolve your problem.
