My question is I posted my cheque batches in accounts payable and they show up in the general ledger in the clearing account but not in the bank rec module.....I am not sure how to check what happened or how to make balance my bank rec without the cheques in the bank rec module?

Has this been working previously or is this the first time running BankRec?

If this is the first time, check that the Payables interface is checked in the BankRec company profile.

This has worked previously but this is the first time a batch has been posted in the payables but not asked to be retrieved in the bank rec module.

It is our year end and the batch just happen to be my biggest batch with 212 entries. The small batch I posted after this one did get retrieved in the bank rec module.

Do you have any suggestions?
