Hello Fong,

It means that the index into the secondary file containing item information (extended description, vendor part number, etc.) does not match the item number stored in the file. Usually a "Rebuild" will fix this problem, but you should then run the data integrity check again to make sure that the data itself is clean. A damaged index prevents the second phase of the integrity check from running.

Funny our DIC's Rebuild function only works from time to time.

Hi, Fong,

Rebuild only becomes active when the program finds errors it can possibly rebuild. Sometimes, errors cannot be rebuilt by the program. Sometimes, it might be a case of requiring a data repair.
